Our Process is simple.

Step 1: Select and purchase the repair you would like.

Step 2: Mail us both of your shoes (please include contact information)

    If you are shipping via USPS, please mail to: Virginia Shoe Clinic, PO 1798, Tappahannock, VA 22560

    If you are shipping via UPS or FedEx, please mail to: Virginia Shoe Clinic, 1269 Tappahannock Blvd, Tappahannock, VA 22560

Step 3: We perform the repair

Step 4: We mail your Sidi Boots back to you.

If for some reason your shoes cannot be repaired or we feel that the repair process would not produce quality results, we will immediately refund your purchase and ship your shoes back to you at our expense.
