Our Process is simple.

Step 2: Mail us your shoes (please include contact information)

Step 3: We perform the repair

Step 4: We mail your Jacks back to you.

If for some reason your shoes cannot be repaired or we feel that the repair process would not produce quality results, we will immediately refund your purchase and ship your shoes back to you at our expense.
